The 2025 Trident Tiger
An awful lot of Titanium gives that undeniable look of pure, raw panache! It's no wonder it's becoming increasingly popular for Jewellery
Set folded for easy transportation and instant set up times
~ It’s a bit impossible for me to provide cases for Trident’s with their being so many build options, but if you go and look at the bottom of the “Accessories” section, you will see links to craftsmen I would recommend who can make you exactly what you want to your own specifications.
The Trident Tiger
Similar design as the Trident Panther and almost as old (late 1990's I was using one I'd made for my own use only, that perk didn't last long!) main difference is the fitment of twin Centre Shafts that allow for a void directly under the middle Indicators position. Both Centre Shafts are fully length adjustable also both removable, on this 2025 Trident Tiger version - a design feature has been nicked from the old “Leopard MKI” design: both the front and back Cross Shafts now have the in-built ability to rotate 360 degree’s and be locked in any position via twin large Thumb Screws at each end. This not only allows the Bank Sticks to be set in a perfect vertical axis regardless of the ground, it also allows the Chassis to become “Flat Pack” for transportation, and it’s pretty much instant set up is stored this way. This feature has been possible by the fitment of Solid Titanium Cross Shafts rather than tubing, very expensive but well worth the inclusion in the design.
The latest version of the Trident Tiger incorporates an intensive inclusion of Titanium in the build, all the inner and outer shafts are Titanium, if fitted with "Total Titanium Bank Sticks - it's self explanatory that just about all of it is made from Titanium, only the fittings are Stainless Steel - for two reason: the sheer cost and the need to add a little bit of weight to aide stability. Obviously all six Bank Sticks can be removed at will and used as single Bank Sticks, but also another big advantage of using Bank Sticks in a Chassis to Alarm alignment - with the Bank Sticks in-built 360 degree of rotation, you can position as you require instantly without having to mess around with stupid spaces or washers.
There are also the build options of having Thumb Screws fitted or flush fit Grub Screw locking at no extra cost, in both the Chassis and the Bank Sticks.
Widths: can be made from 10" wide to 18" wide in exact 1" increments, both end can be the same, or be different to in-build a "splay" when the Rods are fitted.
Height: fitted with 81/2" Bank Sticks at the front and 11" at the Back as standard (That's the closed length of the Bank Sticks stated) The difference in height is to allow for the average height of when a bite Alarm is fitted. You have the option of "Total Titanium" or "Dreadnought" Type Bank sticks fitted at no extra charge.
Length: The brand new designed Centre Shafts utilised exact fit solid Titanium Inner Shafts this has allowed for maximum length adjustment without adding any extra weight to the Chassis.
Closed Length = 29"
Fully extended Length = 50"
~ Note: the distance between the Centres to Centre of the Bank Sticks front to back
Typical Folded Length = 30" ( Depends on how far you have the Bank Sticks protruding from the base of the Cross Bars)
For those who wish to place their Rod's Butt Rings on the inside of the Alarm's for safety and to enhance Indication, this is easily possible now.
Weight: the example shown is 16"/16" wide and fitted with Total Titanium Bank Sticks and weighs just 2.390 kg all in.
Complete Trident Tiger = £300.00 + Postage
For a standard 16"/16" wide version, there is a small surcharge for wider, cost width dependant
